Fashion Startup Programme, Indonesia Track, is a 6-month incubator-style programme. The programme is split into two parts and two locations: phase 1 is held at PDLM Fashion Institute’s campus and phase 2 is held inside Beyond Form’s fashion innovation lab based in Paris, a space dedicated to startups, innovation, and fashion tech. The goal is to support ambitious budding fashion entrepreneurs launch their startup. It combines business, creativity, and entrepreneurship into an intense learning experience.
This programme is for all startups entering the fashion industry: fashion tech, innovative services, sustainability and future craft. Participants should intend to launch their business in Indonesia during the incubation period or shortly after the programme finishes to benefit from the startup showcase events.

Months 1 – 3 focus on identifying industry issues, market gaps, real customer pain points and the potential solutions. There is a huge emphasis on completing field research as quickly and efficiently as possible to find the minimum viable category (MVC) and the potential business opportunity. It is broken down into 3 module groupings:

Months 4 – 6 focus on the initial product release for initial customer feedback and (non)validation to find the best product-market-fit. There is a huge emphasis on working in sprints, working through systematic iterations to eventually reach an MVP ready to deploy for gauge traction. By the end of month 6, startups are expected to have a full business concept fleshed out. It is broken into 3 module groupings:

Startups will have access to exclusive 1-2-1 coaching with the Beyond Form Education team, as well as industry professionals on an ad-hoc basis. These private sessions are designed to boost your startup creation with practical advice based on experience.
